Superior Plating Phase II & Phase III: 33,000 sq ft all new Plating Facility. The first of its kind to be located in Santa Fe Springs. Construction start date for Phase II is expected to be in July 2023. Phase III start date – September 2023. This is a negotiated contract.

Irwindale Building #1: This is a 278,000 sq ft Tenant Improvement consisting of offices, restrooms, and breakrooms for a logistical storage and shipping facility. This is a negotiated contract. Approximate start date is August 2023. Permits are ready to issue.

Irwindale Building #2: This is a 240,000 sq ft Tenant Improvement consisting of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and shell lighting and HVAC upgrade for a major production and manufacturing facility. Work includes three 40’ x 60’ exterior equipment canopies. Scope of work includes a 4000 AMP service upgrade to facilitate the HVAC upgrade to the entire shell. Approximate start date is September 2023. Permits except for HVAC are ready to issue.

Irwindale Building #3: This is a 240,000 sq ft Tenant Improvement consisting of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and shell lighting and HVAC upgrade with exterior equipment canopies for a medium manufacturing facility. Approximate start date is April 2024. The interior building T.I. design is still in the design phase. The shell upgrade is ready to submit to plan check.

Harley Davidson of Santa Clarita: 34,000 sq ft modification to façade and structure to create a new showroom and repair facility. Scope includes all interior trades and MEP.

Commercial, Los Angeles: Additions and modifications to an existing 9,300 sq ft warehouse for conversion into office space.

Oakmont Country Club: Additions and modifications to a 13,000 sq ft Maintenance Facility that includes earthwork, concrete, masonry, roofing, and MEP.

Commercial, Santa Monica: 17,000 sq ft ground-up construction of new retail space. Concrete and wood framing; high-end finishes.

Adaptive Reuse/Multi-Family, Long Beach: 171,000 sq ft, 200-unit conversion of office space to apartments. Seismic, curtain wall, all interior trades, and MEP.

Adaptive Reuse/Student Housing, Long Beach: 118,000 sq ft, 150-unit conversion of office space to student housing. Seismic, curtain wall, all interior trades, and MEP.

Commercial, Culver City: Additions and modifications to an existing 12,000 sq ft warehouse for conversation into office space. Seismic, curtain wall, all interior trades, and MEP.
